The Panthers are moving into the 9v9 format for the 2023-24 season.

Our aim is to help players reach their potential and deliver quality enjoyable football sessions, developing their individual footballing skills and techniques.

We encourage teamwork, respect and unity as a squad. We teach our players to work together to achieve their footballing goals.  We were very proud to be the U10 Dengie League Cup Winners as well as receiving the Sportsmanship award, as voted by other teams in 22/23.

HPFC Football Development Coach

I started my coaching Journey in 2008, I’m currently coaching at FA Level 2 and am working towards gaining my UEFA B coaching qualification. I have recently stopped playing football myself to focus on my coaching journey, having played in the top tier in the women’s game. I’m passionate about football and my focus is to increase participation in the sport especially in the girls and women’s game. We at HPFC are working to build a sustainable pathway from youth to adult football giving children and adults locally an opportunity to play football.

My aim as a coach is to help players reach their potential and deliver quality enjoyable football sessions, developing their individual footballing ability. I’m innovative, and I thrive on teaching the values of teamwork, commitment, discipline and motivation to achieve the highest level of success.

I coach football sessions for children starting the age of 5 all the way up to adults. My focus in my sessions is for our players to enjoy many touches with the ball especially in our younger age groups. This helps in the development of fundamental football movements and comfort on the ball as individuals and as a team.

My session plans are tailored using the FA four corner model, suited to the age group I’m working with.

I absolutely love sharing my knowledge with my players and enjoy seeing them develop and enjoy their football journeys as individuals and as part of a team.
